We deliberately chose AWS as our hosting provider in order to ensure the long-term stability of our platform and services while implementing the highest standards in data protection and IT security.
As part of the server migration from TelemaxX to AWS, the IP addresses/IP ranges of our systems have changed.
To ensure smooth communication and trouble-free operation between your system and ITscope, we ask you to add the new IP addresses/IP ranges to your firewall (or mail server) or whitelist.
If necessary, please also contact your own IT department so that the settings in your system can be adjusted.

These changes affect you in particular if you had already stored existing IP addresses from us. For example, for:
- ITscope platform
- B2B shops
- Your own mail server
- ITscope API calls
- Use of ITscope webhooks
- Supplier order EDI (document exchange)
- FTP server (e.g. to allow access to supplier price lists)
