Dashboard

The dashboard is your central user interface on ITscope, providing access to useful functions and information at one glance.

Products

In this section, you will find information regarding products, such as how they are presented and how they can be searched and ordered on the ITscope platform.

Projects

This section contains information on the functions that are available when working with projects on the ITscope platform.

Companies

This section contains information on how companies are managed on ITscope, as well as the settings and functions that are available for this purpose.

Employees

This section provides information on available features that help for managing employees (i.e. ITscope users) from your company.

Purchasing board

The purchasing board is your company's procurement area on the ITscope platform, and can be accessed via the main menu on the left of the platform.

Salesboard

As a distributor, the salesboard is your selling area on the ITscope platform, and can be accessed via the main menu on the left of the platform.

Quotes

The ITscope quote function allows you to create and receive live quotes, which can then be accepted, declined or renegotiated directly on the platform.

Data export

This section contains information on the ITscope data export, including use cases, data export initiation and the available configuration settings for the product selection.

Price calculation

Price calculations determine selling prices based on pre-set price rules. In this support section, you will find information on price rules as well as the settings that can be configured for them.

Account

Settings and data for your ITscope user account can be viewed and edited in the account section of the platform.

GTC and content terms of use

Desktop app
