My customer number with the distributor has changed. How can I update this in ITscope?
In order to change the distributor customer number registered in the partner network, open the distributor’s page on ITscope and remove the distributor from your network, and then add them again.
When adding the distributor to your network again, you can provide your new customer number.
Then, reconfigure the settings for realtime, price list and/or order eServices (if applicable).
