Price list downloads to update your listing (add new products or matching your articles with the ITscope product database) are made between 5:30 p.m. and 1:00 a.m.
Updates for prices and stock data are made every 30-45 minutes between 7:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. during the day.
Newly added products will be listed on ITscope on the following day or 2 days after. The matching of these new products takes place during the nightly price list processing.
Deleted products are also removed during the day.
Following deployment methods are currently supported:

| FTP- SFTP- Download | The best and most secure method for providing your price list. Passwort protection is possible and recommended. The retrieval will be in the form of: ftp://username:password@linktopricelist Advantages: changes in your price list can be recognised based on the modification date every 20 minutes. |
| HTTP- HTTPS- Download | The second method for providing your price list. Password protection (via basic auth) is possible and recommended. The retrieval will be in the form of http://username:password@linktopricelist Important: changes in your price list can only can be recognised and checked every 20 minutes if the HTTP header contains the ‘last-modified’ field for the price list file. |
As soon as you have a finished price list file, you can send us the corresponding FTP(SFTP)- or HTTP(HTTPS) access data to support@itscope.com.
After receiving your price list access data, we will check it and coordinate further steps with you.
