Updating your product master (adding new products / synchronising the ITscope product database and allocations) takes place between 5:30 pm and 1:00 am.
Calls to update standard prices and stock data are made every 15-30 minutes (24 hours a day).
Newly added products are listed in ITscope 2 days later. Matching and synchronisation of these new products takes place within the nightly price list processing.
Delisted products are also removed during the day.
All provisioning methods are explained below:

The retrieval will be in the form of http://username:password@linktopricelist Please note: Changes to your price list can only be recognised by the file date and checked every 15-30 minutes if the Last-Modified field is present in the HTTP header and is set to the file date of the price list. |
As soon as you have a finished price list file, you can send us the corresponding FTP(SFTP)- or HTTP(HTTPS) access data to support@itscope.com.
After receiving your price list access data, we will check it and coordinate further steps with you.
