|Sales staff – invite customers, manage and delete|
|Responsible employee||Responsible employees are assigned to a portal and can make changes to the portal configuration. This can only be done in portals that they have been assigned to.|
|Administrator||Administrator rights can be assigned to an employee via their employee page on the ITscope platform. Administrators can view and configure all portals.|
|Customer’s employees||Your customer’s employees are invited (via email) to the portal by the respective responsible employee or administrator assigned to the portal.|
