Portal operators

Sales staff – invite customers, manage and delete
Responsible employeeResponsible employees are assigned to a portal and can make changes to the portal configuration. This can only be done in portals that they have been assigned to.
AdministratorAdministrator rights can be assigned to an employee via their employee page on the ITscope platform. Administrators can view and configure all portals.

Customers 

Customer’s employeesYour customer’s employees are invited (via email) to the portal by the respective responsible employee or administrator assigned to the portal.
