Sales staff – invite customers, manage and delete | |
Responsible employee | Responsible employees are assigned to a portal and can make changes to the portal configuration. This can only be done in portals that they have been assigned to. |
Administrator | Administrator rights can be assigned to an employee via their employee page on the ITscope platform. Administrators can view and configure all portals. |
Customers
Customer’s employees | Your customer’s employees are invited (via email) to the portal by the respective responsible employee or administrator assigned to the portal. |
