Individual price list

For the supplier Michael Telecom, the individual price list import is the ONLY price display option that is available.

Once you have added the supplier to your network in ITscope, it is necessary to register with Michael Telecom.

Information required to configure the Michael Telecom price list in ITscope:

  • Customer number (your customer number with the distributor – already entered)

If the customer number has been entered on ITscope and you have successfully registered with Michael Telecom, you do not need to do anything else. The individual price list retrieval will work as soon as you activate it.

After registering successfully, the following steps are needed:

  1. Add the supplier to your network
  2. After activating these settings, your individual price list will automatically be retrieved. Within a few seconds, you will be able to see the status of the retrieval.

Realtime

The following steps are necessary to configure Michael Telecom realtime prices:

  1. Customer number
    (your customer number with the distributor, provided in ITscope – already entered)
  2. Webservice key
    (can be found in the Michael Telecom customer centre)
  3. Activate settings
    (this results in your individual realtime prices being retrieved automatically. Within a few seconds, you will be able to see the current retrieval status).

In order to successfully configure realtime prices, you must first register in Michael Telecom’s online shop.
