Last modified: 28. September 2020

1001

FTP server not available

The connection to the FTP server has failed.

1002

FTP login not possible

The FTP credentials for price list retrieval are not correct.

1003

FTP price list not found

The price list with the specified name cannot be found on the FTP server.

1005

HTTP retrievalerror

The price list cannot be requested from your HTTP web server.

1006

Size comparison failed

The variation in price list file size is outside of the tolerated range. Please contact ITscope Support if this happens frequently, in order to adjust the tolerance individually.

1008

Retrieval time of price list too long

The price list retrieval time is longer than tolerated. The retrieval of your price list is cancelled if it takes longer than 10 minutes.

1009

File date not available

The modification date of the price list couldn’t be retrieved.

  • This can happen if the price list isn’t available (cannot retrieve a file date without a file).
  • Another possible cause of this error is the incorrect configuration of the server.

1010

Price list not found

The directory where your price lists are placed is empty. Perhaps no price list has been uploaded yet.

1011

Price list deprecated

Offers older than three working days will be automatically set to obsolete, in order to ensure that the listings on ITscope are up-to-date.
In exceptional cases this can be more than three working days, depending on the offer type.
These listings will be marked with ‘Price is outdated’. Therefore your offers can be identified by customers as being outdated, and won’t be exported into their ERP systems and online shops by default.
Please check and update your company’s price list in order to provide the latest prices. After doing this, you can request a new import by following the link in the email.

1100

Archive cannot be opened

The price list archive cannot be opened. Please validate if you can download, unzip and open the file on the server.

1101

Archive cannot be unpacked

The price list cannot be unzipped. This can have several causes. Either the archive contains more than one file and the file we’re looking for doesn’t exist, or the archive is corrupted.

1400

Problems with column headers

Possible causes: the name of one or more columns have changed, or columns have been added or removed

1402

Recognised change of categories

This test routine counts the number of different categories in your price list, and compares this with the last successfully retrieved price list. The import will be cancelled if the variation is outside of the tolerated range. Please contact ITscope Support if this happens frequently, in order to adjust the tolerance individually.

1403

File too big / small

This test routine counts the number of products in your price list, and compares this with the last successfully retrieved price list. The import will be canceled if the variation is outside of the tolerated range. Please contact ITscope Support if this happens frequently, in order to adjust the tolerance individually.

1404

Column structure has changed

The column structure test routine checks the type of content in the columns and compares it with the last successfully retrieved price list. For example, if a column previously only contained numbers, and now it contains both numbers and letters, then the test will fail.

1405

Column content has changed

The average column length test routine checks the average length of a column/row and compares this with the last successfully retrieved price list. The import will be cancelled if the variation is outside of the tolerated range, as the system assumes that some error has occurred while creating the price list.
