In this section, you will find general information on how to operate and use the B2B Suite.

The glossary offers definitions for frequently used B2B Suite terminology.

In the 'Set-up' tab, you can store essential data for the activation of your customer portal.

The 'Appearance' tab allows you to customise your customer portal.

In the 'Suppliers' section, you can add and manage your distributors. You can easily upload price lists via an FTP link.

Settings regarding customer orders can be configured in the 'Order conditions' tab. The configured order features must be assigned to a customer group, and are then valid for all customers that are part of the respective customer group.

In the 'Price calculations' tab, you are able to define individual price rules. You can define price rules at manufacturer, supplier and product level.

New category trees can be created in the 'Categories' tab, allowing you to establish main- and sub-categories for your portal.

In the 'Products' tab you can define the product assortment for your portal. You can use product filters and a product list, or you can deposit an existing product file.

The 'Customer groups' tab allows you to create customer groups, so that individual settings can be defined for these groups.

New customers can be added in the 'Customers' tab. Here you can invite customer employees and are also able to manage addresses, activities and the customer account. A statistic showing the order volume of the customer is also provided in this section.
