Individual price list
For the supplier TD SYNNEX Switzerland GmbH, the individual price list import is the ONLY price display option that is available.
Once you have added the supplier to your network in ITscope, it is necessary to request the price lists.
You can choose between two price list imports:
- DataPack (price list import via the previous version of the TD SYNNEX online shop)
- DataPackPro (DataPackPro is used as standard and should also be used for ITscope!)
Information required to configure the TD SYNNEX Switzerland price list in ITscope:
- Username (username for retrieving your individual price list from the distributor)
- Password (password for retrieving your individual price list from the distributor)
The required access details must be requested in writing from the distributor.
To do this, get in touch with your sales contact person after successfully registering. Information on the structure of the file and the required parameters can be found in TD SYNNEX Switzerland InTouch Webshop.

Once you have received your access details, the following steps are needed:
- Add the supplier to your network
- In the ‘My account‘ –> ‘Price list‘ tab, enter your supplier price list access details (username, password), in order to be able to see your individual prices in ITscope
- After activating these settings, your individual price list will automatically be retrieved. Within a few seconds, you will be able to see the status of the retrieval.
