Individual price list

For the supplier TD SYNNEX Germany GmbH & Co. OHG, the individual price list import is the ONLY price display option that is available.

Once you have added the supplier to your network in ITscope, it is necessary to request the price lists.

You can choose between two price list imports:

1. DataPack (price list import via the previous version of the TD SYNNEX online shop)
2. DataPackPro (DataPackPro is used as standard and should also be used for ITscope!))

Information required to configure the TD SYNNEX price list in ITscope:

• Customer number (your customer number with the distributor – already entered)
• Password (password for retrieving your individual price list from the distributor)

The required access details must be requested in writing from the distributor.

To do this, get in touch with your sales contact person after successfully registering. Information on the structure of the file and the required parameters can be found in TD SYNNEX InTouch web shop.

You can also contact the TD SYNNEX support team by sending an email to e-service@tdsynnex.de or by phoning 089 47 00 23 32.

Once you have received your access details, the following steps are needed:

1. Add the supplier to your network
   
2. In the ‘My account‘ –> ‘Price list‘ tab, enter your supplier price list access details (customer number, password), in order to be able to see your individual prices in ITscope
   
3. After activating these settings, your individual price list will automatically be retrieved. Within a few seconds, you will be able to see the status of the retrieval.

When configuring the price list, it is important to ensure that your individual TD SYNNEX DataPack Pro price list also has column headings in the CSV file.
Without these column headings, unfortunately we cannot import the file into the system.

Realtime

The following steps are necessary to configure TD SYNNEX realtime prices:

1. Enter your customer number
   (your customer number with the distributor. This is the same as the customer number you use to log in to the shop)
   
2. Enter your online shop username
   (your username for the distributor’s online shop)
   
3. Enter your online shop password
   (your password for the distributor’s online shop)
   
4. Activate settings
   (this results in your individual realtime prices being retrieved automatically. Within a few seconds, you will be able to see the current retrieval status).

Project list

For the supplier TD SYNNEX, a project list import is available as a price display option:

As soon as you have added the supplier to your ITscope network, you can set up the project list in the web shop.

Information required to configure a TD SYNNEX project list in ITscope:

• Customer number (your customer number with the distributor – already entered)
• Password (password for importing the project list from the distributor)

These access details can be requested from your TD SYNNEX sales contact person.
