Since the beginning of 2025, suppliers on ITscope have been classified into Gold, Silver, Bronze and Standard categories.
This classification creates transparency regarding supplier activities and helps buyers assess potential partners more easily.
Certification criteria 2025
To achieve a specific certification level, all associated criteria must be met:
- Connectivity: Which e-services does the supplier provide?
- Standard pricing
- Individual pricing
- Real-time connection to the supplier system
- EDI integration
- Number of partnerships on ITscope:
- How many customers have entered into a partnership with the supplier and stored a customer number?
- Coverage of order documents:
- Percentage of order responses
- For Gold, both order confirmations and invoices are relevant
- For Silver, Bronze and Standard, only order confirmations count
- Number of orders:
- All orders placed in the observation year 2024, regardless of whether they were placed directly via the ITscope platform or through connected third-party systems.
- Order volume:
- Total value of all orders in the observation year 2024, regardless of whether they were processed via ITscope or a connected third-party system.
