Individual price list
For the supplier SOS Software Service GmbH, the following two price display options are available:
- Display standard prices
- Price list import
Standard prices are always displayed by default.
As soon as you have added the supplier to your network, it is necessary to specify the price display option you want to use (either standard prices or price list import).
Information required to configure the SOS Software Service price list in ITscope:
- Username
- Password
- Price list file name (file name of your individual price list – example: filename.csv)
The required FTP access details must be requested in writing from the distributor.
To do this, please get in touch with your SOS Software Service contact person, or phone +49 821 / 257 820. If you have not yet had contact with this supplier, please write an email to info@sos-software.com. In both cases, an account will be set up for you.
You will receive the following details from SOS Software Service:
Customer number: your customer number with SOS Software Service
Username: existing or newly assigned username
PW: password and username are linked
Price list file: shop.sos-software.com/sos_pl_itscope.txt (standardised procedure for all customers).
Once you have received your FTP access details, the following steps are needed:
- Add the supplier to your network
- In the ‘My account‘ –> ‘Price list‘ tab, enter your supplier price list access data (username, password, price list file name), in order to be able to see your individual prices in ITscope
- After activating these settings, your individual price list will automatically be retrieved. Within a few seconds, you will be able to see the status of the retrieval.
