Release 2026.09 – February 24, 2026
Customer Portals / B2B Shops
- Fixed: In portal administration under “Metrics / User behaviour”, statistics are now consolidated across all shop domains in use – both the ITscope domain (systemhaus.shop) and any custom customer domain. Previously, only one domain was taken into account, which could result in incomplete reports.
Exports
- New: An additional export log can now be activated via an optional checkbox during export. This log contains information on which products were filtered out during the export process. The log is only generated if the option is explicitly selected.
Orders
Fixed: Orders can now also be found using the first address line of the billing or delivery address.
Release 2026.07 – February 10, 2026
Improved: The statuses “Partially shipped” and “Partially invoiced” are now correctly displayed at line-item level. When multiple delivery notes exist, all serial numbers and tracking links are now shown in full.
API
- The configurable API permissions in the employee profile have been removed. Required permissions are now fully managed via the respective contract. Separate maintenance of API rights at employee level is therefore no longer necessary.
Customer Portals / B2B Shops
- Real-time price queries have been parallelised, significantly improving response times.
- For products that were not in stock but inbound, the number of incoming items was in rare cases incorrectly displayed as “In stock”. This issue has been fixed.
- An issue has been resolved where the “Appearance” tab in portal administration could temporarily not be opened if another user had the primary colour picker open at the same time.
Interfaces
- ElectronicSales exports are now reliably available to all authorised customers who have booked the ElectronicSales add-on and the Export add-on, независимо of individual user licences.
My Account
- The “Invite friends” functionality has been removed.
Quotes
- For won quotes, a link to the corresponding purchase order or order is now displayed at line-item level, making follow-up easier.
- When quotes are commented on under Activities, an icon now indicates whether the comment is internal or public. An eye symbol represents a public comment; a crossed-out eye represents an internal comment.
- Quote recipients can now request activation of the Essential Shop if it is not active. To do so, they must provide their email address. The quote creator will then receive an email notification.
Release 2026.05 – January 27, 2025
Authentication
- Buying groups now also authenticate and register via our two-factor authentication tool One Exact Identity (OEI), including appropriately branded pages and emails.
Buying Groups
- Monthly order statistics for buying groups are now sent by email to the email address defined by the respective buying group.
Customer Portals / B2B Shops
- An issue has been fixed that could occur when duplicating and moving custom-created categories. New categories can now be copied reliably again. Existing older categories may still be affected.
My Account
- PayPal has been removed as a payment method from the invoice details.
- When registering new users, available Expert licences are now automatically assigned once no free Core licences remain.
- On the dashboard, the ITscope start page, users are now addressed and greeted using their first name only.
Orders
- Orders and purchase orders are now more closely linked. In purchase orders and on the sales board, it is now directly visible which order they belong to. In addition, at line-item level it is shown whether an item has already been added to the shopping cart or has already been ordered.
- After placing an order, customers can now rate suppliers via a small pop-up. This allows us to collect feedback on delivery quality and improve transparency and reliability across the supplier network over time.
- Warning and error messages shown when reaching an order limit in the purchasing board have been revised. They now provide clearer guidance on which authorised employees can continue or complete the order, making the next steps easier for users to understand.
Quotes
- The layout of the quote printout has been optimised so that prices with a monthly term now fit fully within the column.
- The field for internal notes on quotes has been revised and now supports up to 2,000 characters.
Search
Filtering by suppliers in the platform project search has been accelerated.
Releases 2026.03 – 13 January 2026
B2B Shops
- The Essential Shop is now available to all customers starting with the ITscope Essential+ package and can be activated directly as a preconfigured B2B shop with a fixed assortment. More information about the Essential Shop
My Account
- A notification is shown at the end of the trial period to inform users that their test phase is ending. This notice now only appears if no follow-up contract has been concluded.
Orders
- The payment method is now displayed again in orders – both on the platform, in the B2B shop, and in the order PDFs. This makes it easier for buyers and sellers to see how an order will be paid.
- Error and warning messages in the shopping cart and during checkout have been revised for greater clarity. Notifications about missing or incorrect entries are now easier to understand, helping users quickly see what needs to be corrected.
- The tooltip information for product IDs (e.g. manufacturer or distributor part numbers) now appears in the user’s selected language. Previously, these hints could sometimes be displayed in the wrong language.
Product Page
- On the product page, the freight-free threshold is now taken into account when displaying additional costs if the quantity of a product to be added to the shopping cart is changed.
Quotes
- When copying quotes, the currently lowest-priced source of supply is now automatically applied. This ensures that the purchase price and supplier are set correctly again.
User Interface (UI/UX)
- In certain situations, the price selection on the product page and in the purchasing board could appear unclear. The display has been improved so that price selection is now shown clearly, consistently and reliably.
