Individual price list
For the supplier ComLine GmbH, the following two price display options are available:
- Display standard prices
- Price list import
Standard prices are always displayed by default.
As soon as you have added the supplier to your network, it is necessary to specify the price display option you want to use (either standard prices or price list import).
Information required to configure the ComLine price list in ITscope:
- Username
- Password
The required access details must be requested in writing from the distributor.
To do this, contact Mr Patrick Anders, your sales contact person, under Patrick.Anders@ComLine-Shop.de.
Once you have received the access data, the following steps are needed:
- Add the supplier to your network
- In the ‘My account‘ –> ‘Price list‘ tab, enter your supplier price list access data (username, password), in order to be able to see your individual prices in ITscope
- After activating these settings, your individual price list will automatically be retrieved. Within a few seconds, you will be able to see the status of the retrieval.
Realtime
The following steps are necessary to configure ComLine realtime prices:
- Enter your customer number
(your customer number with the distributor – already entered) - Enter your online shop password
(your password for the distributor’s online shop) - Activate settings
(this results in your individual realtime prices being retrieved automatically. Within a few seconds, you will be able to see the current retrieval status).

Order
The following two options are available for ordering from the supplier ComLine GmbH:
- Orders via email
- Orders via FTP (recommended)
The order service by email is automatically active as soon as the distributor is added to your network.
You can activate ordering via FTP if you have already configured the FTP feature with ComLine, for example for the individual price list. To do this, please contact your sales contact person.
Individual order conditions can be added in the ‘order‘ section of the supplier’s eServices. Please make sure to take note of the supplier’s ordering instructions.
