This page is the extension for the order conditions (customer view), but here from the distributor’s point of view.
As a distributor, you have the option of defining the general order conditions for all your customers.
The customer can, of course, overwrite the settings and store their individual order conditions that they have agreed with you in advance. Settings that the customer has set cannot be overwritten by you.
Edit order conditions
Access to your company settings:
- Click on your profile picture (avatar) in the top right-hand corner and select “My company” from the drop-down menu.
- The overview of your company data will open.
My order conditions
Navigate to the My order conditions tab, where you can enter the order conditions for your partners.
Dynamic costs
These costs are dependent on other settings and therefore only apply if the linked setting applies.
- Absolute shipping costs: The net shipping costs (without weight/size-dependent surcharges) that are incurred for standard shipping.
- Percentage shipping costs: Percentage value of the net order total for shipping costs.
- Freight-free limit: Net amount above which no shipping costs are incurred. Other insurances and flat rates are not affected. If the value is € 0.00, the freight-free limit is ignored and shipping costs are always incurred.
- Minimum quantity surcharge: Additional costs if the minimum quantity threshold is not reached.
- Minimum quantity limit: Amount up to which a minimum quantity surcharge is charged. If the value is €0.00, the minimum quantity surcharge is ignored.
- Own delivery bill: Allow shipping with own delivery bill
- Shipping with own delivery bill: Additional costs if shipping with own delivery bill is used.
General costs and flat rates
These costs are always applied if they have been defined.
- Absolute transport insurance: Absolute amount for the transport insurance.
- Percentage transport insurance: Percentage value of the net order total for transport insurance.
- Environmental flat rate: Flat rate for each order.
- Toll charges: Flat rate for each order.
- Packaging flat rate: Flat rate for each order.
General settings
- Net minimum order value: Net minimum order value in euros – orders with a net total below this value are not permitted, or a minimum quantity surcharge will be levied.
- Partial delivery: Partial deliveries are generally permitted for your customers.
These shipping costs are to be seen as a guideline and are not obligatory when ordering.
