{"id":9432,"date":"2021-07-02T12:53:02","date_gmt":"2021-07-02T12:53:02","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/guide.itscope.com\/?post_type=kb&#038;p=9432"},"modified":"2022-07-22T17:15:32","modified_gmt":"2022-07-22T15:15:32","slug":"how-can-i-correct-a-broken-export","status":"publish","type":"kb","link":"https:\/\/guide.itscope.com\/en\/kb\/how-can-i-correct-a-broken-export\/","title":{"rendered":"How can I correct a &#8216;broken&#8217; export?"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>When compiling the exports, it may well be that changes\/updates occur accordingly over time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You will be informed about the specific changes\/updates that are relevant for the export with the corresponding message (accessible under menu item &#8216;<strong>Products<\/strong>&#8216; &#8211;&gt; &#8216;<strong>Exports<\/strong>&#8216; in the respective export dialogue box).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The respective exports are available normally despite these messages and can also be downloaded.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The messages can be caused by the following reasons, among others:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Selected supplier(s) no longer available<\/li><li>Selected filter in the product groups is no longer available<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>To correct these problems with the &#8216;broken&#8217; exports, you can click on the export in question.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Then click on the &#8216;<strong>Edit<\/strong>&#8216; button to go to the product selection accordingly.
