{"id":8705,"date":"2021-05-18T08:07:00","date_gmt":"2021-05-18T08:07:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/guide.itscope.com\/?post_type=kb&#038;p=8705"},"modified":"2022-11-22T11:07:42","modified_gmt":"2022-11-22T09:07:42","slug":"td-synnex-switzerland","status":"publish","type":"kb","link":"https:\/\/guide.itscope.com\/en\/kb\/td-synnex-switzerland\/","title":{"rendered":"TD SYNNEX Switzerland GmbH"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Individual price list<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>For the supplier <em>TD SYNNEX Switzerland GmbH<\/em>, the individual price list import is the ONLY price display option that is available.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Once you have added the supplier to your network in ITscope, it is <strong>necessary to<\/strong> <strong>request<\/strong> the price lists.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You can choose between two price list imports:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong><strong>DataPack<\/strong><\/strong> (price list import via the previous version of the <em>TD SYNNEX<\/em> online shop)<\/li><li><strong><strong>DataPackPro<\/strong><\/strong> (DataPackPro is used as standard and should also be used for ITscope!)<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Information required to configure the <em>TD SYNNEX Switzerland<\/em> price list in ITscope:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong><strong>Username<\/strong><\/strong> (username for retrieving your individual price list from the distributor)<\/li><li><strong><strong>Password<\/strong><\/strong> (password for retrieving your individual price list from the distributor)<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The required access details must be requested in writing from the distributor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To do this, get in touch with your sales contact person after successfully registering. Information on the structure of the file and the required parameters can be found in <em>TD SYNNEX Switzerland<\/em> <a href=\"https:\/\/de.techdata.com\/Intouch\/MVC\/Microsite\/Private?categorypageid=2290&amp;msmenuid=5647\">InTouch Webshop<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You can also contact <em>TD SYNNEX Switzerland<\/em> under <a href=\"mailto:info@techdata.ch\">info@tdsynnex.ch<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Once you have received your access details, the following steps are needed:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.itscope.com\/red\/app#companies\/page\/ea86b22c-2cff-4a1a-89f2-fe845907ef86\/tab-profile\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Add the supplier to your network<\/a><br><\/li><li>In the&nbsp;&#8216;<strong>My account<\/strong>&#8216; &#8211;&gt; &#8216;<strong>Price list<\/strong>&#8216; tab, enter your supplier price list access details (<strong>username, password<\/strong>), in order to be able to see your individual prices in ITscope<br><\/li><li>After activating these settings, your individual price list will automatically be retrieved.
