Order limits can be assigned in the company area. The limit assigned to an employee ensures that orders exceeding the specified value cannot be executed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Activate order limits<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Limits can be assigned to employees with admin rights. This can be found on the company page.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To assign limits, the \u2018Activate order limits\u2019 option must be enabled. Now a general limit and individual limits can be assigned.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Set a general limit<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

A general limit (1)<\/strong> can be assigned, allowing a company-wide limit to be created quickly and easily.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It should be noted that changing the general limit will affect all employees the general limit is assigned to.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Individual and unlimited limits<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

A separate column shows whether each employee has ordering authorisation. If this is not the case, no order can be placed, even if another mode, e.g. unlimited<\/em>, has been selected.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Individual limits (2)<\/strong> can be assigned in the employee list. If an employee is assigned the ‘individual<\/em> option’, then the limit can be defined using an input field. This limit will subsequently only apply to the respective employee.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The ‘<\/em>unlimited<\/em><\/strong>‘ option (3)<\/strong> can be selected if an employee should be able to order without restriction. The employee now has no limit and can place orders of any value.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Order limit reached \u2013 what now?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

If the order value exceeds the limit, the order cannot be submitted. In this case, you must ask a colleague who has a higher limit or have your own limit increased by your supervisor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
