OHG"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Individual price list<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>For the supplier <em>TD SYNNEX Germany GmbH &amp; Co. OHG<\/em>, the individual price list import is the ONLY price display option that is available.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Once you have added the supplier to your network in ITscope, it is <strong>necessary to<\/strong> <strong>request<\/strong> the price lists.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You can choose between two price list imports:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>DataPack<\/strong> (price list import via the previous version of the <em>TD SYNNEX<\/em> online shop)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>DataPackPro<\/strong> (DataPackPro is used as standard and should also be used for ITscope!))<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Information required to configure the <em>TD SYNNEX<\/em> price list in ITscope:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Customer number <\/strong>(your customer number with the distributor &#8211; already entered)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Password <\/strong>(password for retrieving your individual price list from the distributor)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The required access details must be requested in writing from the distributor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To do this, get in touch with your sales contact person after successfully registering. Information on the structure of the file and the required parameters can be found in <em>TD SYNNEX<\/em> <a href=\"https:\/\/de.techdata.com\/Intouch\/MVC\/Microsite\/Private?categorypageid=2290&amp;msmenuid=5647\">InTouch web shop<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Further information can be found in this <a href=\"https:\/\/intouch.td-agency.de\/techdata\/daten\/DataPack_Onepager.pdf\">information flyer (German)<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You can also contact the TD SYNNEX support team by sending an email to <a href=\"mailto:e-service@tdsynnex.de\"><a href=\"mailto:e-service.de@tdsynnex.com\">e-service.de@tdsynnex.com<\/a><\/a> or by phoning 089 47 00 23 32.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Once you have received your access details, the following steps are needed:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.itscope.com\/red\/app#companies\/page\/3452c354-ffd4-11e0-b809-001b213e9102\/tab-profile\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Add the supplier to your network<\/a><br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In the\u00a0&#8216;<strong>My account<\/strong>&#8216; &#8211;> &#8216;<strong>Price list<\/strong>&#8216; tab, enter your supplier price list access details (<strong>customer number, password<\/strong>), in order to be able to see your individual prices in ITscope<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>After activating these settings, your individual price list will automatically be retrieved. Within a few seconds, you will be able to see the status of the retrieval.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>When configuring the price list, it is important to ensure that your individual <em>TD SYNNEX<\/em> <strong>DataPack Pro<\/strong> price list also has column headings in the CSV file.<br>Without these column headings, unfortunately we cannot import the file into the system.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Realtime<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The following steps are necessary to configure <em>TD SYNNEX <\/em>realtime prices:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Enter your customer number<br><\/strong>(your customer number with the distributor. This is the same as the customer number you use to log in to the shop)<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Enter your online shop username<br><\/strong>(your username for the distributor&#8217;s online shop)<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Enter your online shop password<br><\/strong>(your password for the distributor&#8217;s online shop)<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong><strong><strong>Activate settings<\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><br>(this results in your individual realtime prices being retrieved automatically.
