{"id":6263,"date":"2020-12-16T10:38:47","date_gmt":"2020-12-16T10:38:47","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/guide.itscope.com\/?post_type=kb&#038;p=6263"},"modified":"2020-12-16T10:39:49","modified_gmt":"2020-12-16T10:39:49","slug":"sos-software-service-gmbh","status":"publish","type":"kb","link":"https:\/\/guide.itscope.com\/en\/kb\/sos-software-service-gmbh\/","title":{"rendered":"SOS Software Service GmbH"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Individual price list<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>For the supplier <em>SOS<\/em> <em>Software Service GmbH<\/em>, the following two price display options are available:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" id=\"block-7ba773b4-0336-4d3a-a31c-83731c4c7d09\"><li><strong>Display standard prices<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>Price list import<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Standard prices are always displayed by default.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As soon as you have added the supplier to your network, it is <strong>necessary <\/strong>to specify the price display option you want to use (either standard prices <strong>or<\/strong> price list import).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Information required to configure the <em>SOS Software Service <\/em>price list in ITscope:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Username<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>Password<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>Price list file name <\/strong>(file name of your individual price list &#8211; example: filename.csv)<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The required FTP access details must be requested in writing from the distributor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To do this, please get in touch with your <em>SOS Software Service<\/em> contact person, or phone +49 821 \/ 257 820. If you have not yet had contact with this supplier, please write an email to <a href=\"mailto:info@sos-software.com\">info@sos-software.com<\/a>. In both cases, an account will be set up for you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You will receive the following details from <em>SOS Software Service<\/em>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Customer number: your customer number with <em>SOS Software Service<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Username: existing or newly assigned username<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>PW: password and username are linked<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Price list file: shop.sos-software.com\/sos_pl_itscope.txt (standardised procedure for all customers).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Once you have received your FTP access details, the following steps are needed:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.itscope.com\/red\/app#companies\/page\/3453468a-ffd4-11e0-b809-001b213e9102\/tab-profile\" target=\"_blank\">Add the supplier to your network<\/a><br><\/li><li>In the\u00a0&#8216;<strong>My account<\/strong>&#8216; &#8211;> &#8216;<strong>Price list<\/strong>&#8216; tab, enter your supplier price list access data (<strong>username, password, price list file name<\/strong>), in order to be able to see your individual prices in ITscope<br><\/li><li>After activating these settings, your individual price list will automatically be retrieved.
