{"id":6003,"date":"2020-12-21T10:19:34","date_gmt":"2020-12-21T10:19:34","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/guide.itscope.com\/?post_type=kb&#038;p=6003"},"modified":"2023-02-13T12:04:33","modified_gmt":"2023-02-13T10:04:33","slug":"komsa-ag","status":"publish","type":"kb","link":"https:\/\/guide.itscope.com\/en\/kb\/komsa-ag\/","title":{"rendered":"KOMSA AG"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Individual price list<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>For the supplier <em>KOMSA AG<\/em>, the individual price list import is the ONLY price display option that is available.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Once you have added the supplier to your network in ITscope, it is <strong>necessary to register<\/strong> with <em>KOMSA<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Information required to configure the <em>KOMSA <\/em>price list in ITscope:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>FTP username<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>FTP password<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Price list file name <\/strong>(file name of your individual price list &#8211; example: 12345_name.txt)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The required FTP access details must be requested in writing from the distributor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To do this, please get in touch with your sales contact person or send an email to <a href=\"mailto:info@komsa.com\">info@komsa.com<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Once you have received your FTP access details, the following steps are needed:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.itscope.com\/red\/app#companies\/page\/3452f0e0-ffd4-11e0-b809-001b213e9102\/tab-profile\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Add the supplier to your network<\/a><br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In the&nbsp;&#8216;<strong>My account<\/strong>&#8216; &#8211;&gt; &#8216;<strong>Price list<\/strong>&#8216; tab, enter your supplier price list access data (<strong>FTP username, FTP password, price list file name<\/strong>), in order to be able to see your individual prices in ITscope<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>After activating these settings, your individual price list will automatically be retrieved. Within a few seconds, you will be able to see the status of the retrieval.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Realtime<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The following steps are necessary to configure <em>KOMSA<\/em> realtime prices:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Enter your customer number<\/strong><br>(customer number with the distributor \u2013 already entered)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Activate settings<\/strong><br>(this results in your individual realtime prices being retrieved automatically. Within a few seconds, you will be able to see the current retrieval status).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>The customer number has already been added to ITscope.
