{"id":5946,"date":"2020-12-18T15:58:46","date_gmt":"2020-12-18T15:58:46","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/guide.itscope.com\/?post_type=kb&#038;p=5946"},"modified":"2020-12-18T16:17:16","modified_gmt":"2020-12-18T16:17:16","slug":"eet-europarts-deutschland-gmbh","status":"publish","type":"kb","link":"https:\/\/guide.itscope.com\/en\/kb\/eet-europarts-deutschland-gmbh\/","title":{"rendered":"EET Europarts GmbH (Germany)"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Individual price list<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>For the supplier <em>EET Europarts GmbH &#8211; Germany<\/em>, the following two price display options are available:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" id=\"block-7ba773b4-0336-4d3a-a31c-83731c4c7d09\"><li><strong>Display standard prices<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>Price list import<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Standard prices are always displayed by default.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As soon as you have added the supplier to your network, it is <strong>necessary <\/strong>to specify the price display option you want to use (either standard prices <strong>or<\/strong> price list import).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Information required to configure the <em>EET Europarts <\/em>price list in ITscope:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\" id=\"block-73afde4e-0424-4883-8e3b-01e14202eacd\"><li><strong>FTP username<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>FTP password<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>FTP price list link<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The required FTP access details must be requested in writing from the distributor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To do this, please get in touch with <a href=\"mailto:service@eeteuroparts.de\">service@eeteuroparts.de<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Once you have received your FTP access details, the following steps are needed:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.itscope.com\/red\/app#companies\/page\/e216a8b0-c20c-478a-97cd-f80e647c2e38\/tab-profile\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Add the supplier to your network<\/a><br><\/li><li>In the&nbsp;&#8216;<strong>My account<\/strong>&#8216; &#8211;&gt; &#8216;<strong>Price list<\/strong>&#8216; tab, enter your supplier price list access data (<strong>FTP username, FTP password, FTP price list link<\/strong>), in order to be able to see your individual prices in ITscope<br><\/li><li>After activating these settings, your individual price list will automatically be retrieved. Within a few seconds, you will be able to see the status of the retrieval.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Realtime<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The following steps are necessary to configure <em>EET Europarts <\/em>realtime prices:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Enter your c<strong>ustomer number<\/strong><\/strong><br>(your customer number with the distributor \u2013 already entered)<br><\/li><li><strong>Enter your AuthCode<br><\/strong>(you can obtain your AuthCode from your <em>EET Europarts<\/em> sales contact person)<br><\/li><li><strong><strong>Activate settings<\/strong><\/strong><br>(this results in your individual realtime prices being retrieved automatically. Within a few seconds, you will be able to see the current retrieval status).<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>The realtime username (i.e. customer number) and the AuthCode can be obtained from your <em>EET Europarts<\/em> sales contact person, or by contacting <a href=\"mailto:service@eeteuroparts.de\">service@eeteuroparts.de<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Here is the link to the <em>EET Europarts <\/em>realtime configuration section in ITscope: <em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.itscope.com\/red\/app#companies\/page\/e216a8b0-c20c-478a-97cd-f80e647c2e38\/tab-features\">EET Europarts GmbH (Germany<\/a><\/em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.itscope.com\/red\/app#companies\/page\/e216a8b0-c20c-478a-97cd-f80e647c2e38\/tab-features\"><em>)<\/em><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Order<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>There are two ways to order from <em>EET Europarts GmbH<\/em>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Order via email<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>Order via EDI <\/strong>(recommended)<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>The order service via email is active as soon as the supplier has been added to your network.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To order via EDI, the following step is required:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Enter your AuthCode <\/strong>(authentication code)<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The AuthCode for the order service via EDI can be obtained from your <em>EET Europarts<\/em> sales contact person. This is the same as the AuthCode required for the realtime eService.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You can add your individual order conditions in the &#8216;order&#8217; section shown in the screenshot below.
