Standard prices are always displayed by default.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
As soon as you have added the supplier to your network, it is necessary <\/strong>to specify the price display option you want to use (either standard prices or<\/strong> price list import).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Information required to configure the ComLine<\/em> price list in ITscope:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
- Username<\/strong><\/li>
- Password<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n
The required access details must be requested in writing from the distributor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
To do this, contact Mr Patrick Anders<\/em>, your sales contact person, under Patrick.Anders@ComLine-Shop.de<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Once you have received the access data, the following steps are needed:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
- Add the supplier to your network<\/a>
<\/li>- In the ‘My account<\/strong>‘ –> ‘Price list<\/strong>‘ tab, enter your supplier price list access data (username, password<\/strong>), in order to be able to see your individual prices in ITscope
<\/li>- After activating these settings, your individual price list will automatically be retrieved. Within a few seconds, you will be able to see the status of the retrieval.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

Realtime<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
The following steps are necessary to configure ComLine<\/em> realtime prices:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
- Enter your customer number<\/strong><\/strong><\/strong>
(your customer number with the distributor \u2013 already entered)
<\/li>- Enter your o<\/strong>nline shop password
<\/strong>(your password for the distributor’s online shop)
<\/li>- Activate settings<\/strong><\/strong>
(this results in your individual realtime prices being retrieved automatically. Within a few seconds, you will be able to see the current retrieval status).<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\nYou can find these access details in the ComLine <\/em>online shop, by contacting your sales contact person, or by emailing Mr Patrick Anders<\/em> under Patrick.Anders@ComLine-Shop.de<\/a>, after successfully registering with ComLine GmbH<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Order<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
The following two options are available for ordering from the supplier ComLine GmbH<\/em>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
- Orders via email<\/strong><\/strong><\/li>
- Orders via FTP<\/strong>\u00a0<\/strong>(recommended)<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n
The order service by email is automatically active as soon as the distributor is added to your network.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
You can activate ordering via FTP if you have already configured the FTP feature with ComLine<\/em>, for example for the individual price list. To do this, please contact your sales contact person.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Individual order conditions can be added in the ‘order<\/strong>‘ section of the supplier’s eServices. Please make sure to take note of the supplier’s ordering instructions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
