The activation\/deactivation of a user can be done by the account owner<\/strong>, or by a user with administrator rights<\/strong>. You cannot deactivate your own user.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To activate\/deactivate employee user accounts, first navigate to your company profile<\/strong><\/a>.
Now open the ‘Employees’ (1)<\/strong> tab and then click on ‘Expand all’ (2)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A list of all employees appears (including deactivated user accounts).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You can now select the desired employee.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Depending on the current user account status (deactivated or not), an option\/button labelled\u00a0‘Disable user’<\/strong> or ‘Enable user’<\/strong> will appear in the ‘Rights<\/a>‘<\/strong> tab (see screenshot).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Depending on the current employee status (whether deactivated or not), it is possible to deactivate the employee or assign a licence to them in the “Rights<\/a>” tab. In order to ensure data consistency, deletion of employees that have activities (such as orders, quotes, exports, etc.) is not possible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Deactivating these employees is sufficient, meaning access to the platform is no longer possible for these employees, and furthermore a user licence in your contract package becomes available again, allowing you to invite more colleagues<\/a>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
