In My account > Contract<\/strong> you can display the contract details for your ITscope plan, the number of user licenses and the purchased add-ons:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A summary of all contract information is displayed in the header section. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Your current plan<\/strong> and the total monthly costs<\/strong> are displayed on the left side.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Right beside it, you will find the Summary of your contract<\/strong> including the number of purchased user licences<\/strong> and your contract period<\/strong>. Please note that some details in this section might be displayed in German only.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the next section, the included add-ons<\/strong> are listed. In case that an add-on has an applicable usage limit<\/strong>, this specific limit is indicated in brackets after the add-on name.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

General contract information<\/strong> is shown at the far right, including the start date<\/strong> of your contract, the renewal date<\/strong> of the current contract period, and the applicable notice period<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Below the header section, you will find additional information about the available ITscope plans.

Change contract<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Changing the contract (plan, user licences, add-ons) is currently only possible by contacting our sales team. You can use the contact link available under
My account > Contract<\/strong> to request an upgrade<\/strong> or contact the ITscope sales team<\/strong> via contact form.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
