Below, you will find detailed explanations of the most important terms related to the topic \u2018selling on ITscope\u2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td><strong>Term<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Explanation<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Salesboard<\/td><td>On ITscope, the <em>salesboard<\/em> is your sales area as a distributor. It can be accessed through the &#8216;<em>Salesboard&#8217;<\/em>&nbsp;tab in the main menu on the left.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Received orders<\/td><td>As soon as a customer places an order with you on ITscope, it is immediately displayed in the left-hand column of your <em>salesboard<\/em>. From here, you can check the order and subsequently <em>confirm<\/em> or <em>decline<\/em> it via the context menu for the order. If you would like to confirm the order, you can also do so by dragging and dropping it into the middle column labelled &#8216;<em>Confirmed orders&#8217;<\/em>.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Confirmed orders<\/td><td>In the &#8216;<em>Confirmed orders<\/em>&#8216;&nbsp;column, all orders are displayed which have been confirmed but not yet transacted. As soon as you have dispatched all <em>items<\/em> of an order, simply drag and drop the order into the&nbsp;&#8216;<em>Completed orders<\/em>&#8216; column on the right.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Completed orders<\/td><td>The &#8216;<em>Completed orders&#8217;<\/em>&nbsp;column gives you an overview of all orders that have been dispatched.
