You can also select a different quote template for this quote via the Options\/Settings for this quote. To preview the quote, you can open Preview Mode (2). You cannot make any changes in Preview Mode. You\u2019ll see the quote from your customer\u2019s perspective. The preview can also be shared via a link\u2014for example, if you want to show a colleague the quote for your customer without allowing them to make changes (2). If this icon appears next to the line, the entry is also visible to your customer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You have the option to set an expiration date for your offer (4).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In the quote view, you can enable or disable the display of the total price (5). This allows you to control whether your customer can see prices at the line item level or, if disabled, cannot see them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you want to send quotes to individual customers, you have the option to switch the price display to gross or net prices (6). After activating \u201cShow Gross Prices,\u201d the prices will be displayed including sales tax, i.e., as gross prices. The total price will be shown as the net total. The end customer will see a breakdown of the taxes in their quote view (7).
