Prices are therefore available both including and excluding VAT, making further processing in external systems easier.

User Interface (UI/UX)

ITscope news and announcements are once again accessible via a megaphone icon in the top navigation bar next to the profile picture. Clicking the icon opens the latest ITscope news in a pop-up. A small number on the icon indicates how many new or unread messages are available.

For members of the NEOS buying group, the logo is now once again displayed correctly as the browser favicon.

Orders

Orders can now also be found via free-text entries. Platform search now includes terms from line item comments and order comments, making relevant orders easier to find.

Sellers can now view sent webhook logs in the transaction history of orders. Webhooks are automatic notifications used to transfer order data to connected systems. Failed transmissions can now be resent directly.

Exports

A new export format, BMECat 1.2 Proactis, is now available. This format meets the specific requirements of Proactis and can be used once the corresponding add-on has been booked.

Customer Portals / B2B Shops

For orders that require approval, approvers now automatically receive reminder emails. If a request is neither approved nor rejected, a reminder is sent every three days. After one month without any action, no further emails are sent.

B2B shop security has been enhanced. When using a custom domain, the standard domain is no longer active, and users are informed during login if domain branding is missing.

The buyer is now set correctly. The decisive factor is the person who actually places or approves the order, not the person who originally created the shopping cart. As a result, the correct buyer now receives all order-related emails (e.g. for approval or rejection).

Product Search

When opening projects or search results via a direct link, the included filters are now applied correctly, regardless of where the user was previously on the platform. Previously, a different result could be displayed instead of the intended project.

Quotes

The Quotes section has been completely restructured and redesigned for improved clarity and usability. Under the Quotes menu item, several tabs are now available: Quotes, Requests, Customers, Quote Hub, and Settings. The new Quote Hub tab consolidates all settings related to the Quote Hub (formerly the quote portal), while general quote settings are now centrally located in the Settings tab.

Release 2025.48 – 25 November 2025

Customer Portals / B2B Shops

The emails “Invite colleagues” and “Share collection” have been revised.

The option “Show employee permissions” is now available to all portal operators in customer groups. This allows shop operators to control whether employees are visible to other employees or whether profiles should be hidden.

Orders

In the sales board and in order tracking within the purchasing board, users can now switch directly to the detail view of the respective order or purchase order via the three-dot menu.

In a distributor’s order conditions, cash discounts and bonus discounts can now also be stored. These are currently displayed in the sources of supply overview on the product page, but do not yet directly affect orders.

Product Page

An issue has been fixed where bundle products were sometimes shown as unavailable even though all included individual products were in stock. The search function in the drop-down menu for adding new tags is now working again.

The process for adding new suppliers to the partner network has been completely redesigned. Dialogues and texts have been made clearer, and the overall workflow is now more intuitive. The process can now also be started directly from the shopping basket.

If further configuration steps are required after adding a supplier, the new Complete configuration button will appear. If a distributor requires separate registration, users are automatically redirected to the stored sign-up links or contact addresses.

An error has been fixed where incorrect prices were displayed in supplier shops.

Releases 2025.42 and 2025.44 – October 28, 2025

API

A dedicated API endpoint is now available for retrieving quote documents:

/business/quotes/documents/{quoteId}.{type}

External systems can use this endpoint to fetch quote documents (e.g., PDF or XML) from ITscope. Quotes, orders, and purchase orders are now clearly separated. Existing endpoints remain available.

The Procure API has been refactored to work on a unified data foundation together with the Procure UI. This delivers more consistency and stability for integrations based on the OpenAPI specification.

Authentication

During registration and login, the preliminary email address prompt has been removed. This streamlines the login flow and allows browsers and password managers to better recognize and autofill the standard username/password fields.

The confirmation email sent after registration previously contained a broken link. This has been corrected; the link now points to the login page as intended.

Customer Portals / B2B Shops

An issue in portal management was fixed that occurred when selecting a company with more than 500 employees in the “Add customer from address book” dialog.

In the email used to share a collection, the correct short product descriptions are now displayed again. Previously, the description could be incorrect or too long.

The test-lab feature “Promotional products for B2B portal customers” has been removed after the test phase. Since no other test-lab features are currently available, the “Test Lab” tab has also been hidden in portal management.

On product data sheets in B2B shops, the footer once again displays the shop operator’s name. Previously, the customer’s name could be shown in some cases.

The Topi product catalog has been updated to include current devices, including the latest iPhone generation. Additional products are now available for rental via Topi in the B2B shop.

The Order Overview in the B2B shop has been revised: order statuses are now highlighted more clearly, and orders with the status “Error” are no longer shown. This makes the overview clearer and easier for shop users to scan.

The registration form in the B2B shop is now automatically prefilled with known data (e.g., name and salutation) when new employees join the shop via an invitation.

E-Procurement

When creating automatic order confirmations, the supplier order number is now correctly retained. Previously, this number could change when multiple order responses were generated, causing confusion in connected systems.

In OpenTrans order documents, all parties to an order—buyer, supplier, and recipient—are now listed correctly. Previously, these details could be incomplete in individual cases, which occasionally caused processing issues.

Interfaces

In the OpenTrans dataset, the billing address (payer address) for Topi orders is now explicitly labeled with the ID “TOPI”. This allows Topi orders to be clearly identified and processed separately in third-party systems such as ERP or accounting solutions.

Orders

Orders and purchase orders older than one year are now archived automatically.

Quotes

A bug that caused inconsistent behavior when filtering quotes has been fixed: if multiple companies had identical names, the filter could return incorrect or incomplete results. Filtering and sorting by creation date now work as expected.

Storefront API

Product search now uses the previous API endpoint with the paging method again. The newer slicing endpoint had sorting errors (especially when sorting by price) and could return incomplete results. To ensure a stable and accurate product search, the paging endpoint has been reactivated and the slicing endpoint deactivated.

User Interface (UI/UX)

In rare cases, the “Set up” button was incorrectly shown under “Sources of supply” for already configured price lists.
