{"id":18800,"date":"2025-05-20T15:52:19","date_gmt":"2025-05-20T13:52:19","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/guide.itscope.com\/?post_type=kb&#038;p=18800"},"modified":"2026-04-09T15:46:30","modified_gmt":"2026-04-09T13:46:30","slug":"faq","status":"publish","type":"kb","link":"https:\/\/guide.itscope.com\/en\/kb\/faq\/","title":{"rendered":"2FA &#8211; FAQ"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Why am I being logged out automatically?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>An automatic logout can occur for several reasons:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Standby mode or network disconnection:<\/strong>&nbsp;If your computer goes into standby mode or your internet connection is lost, your session may expire.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Inactive browser tabs:<\/strong>&nbsp;If a tab remains unused for an extended period, the session may be terminated for security reasons.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Session timeout:<\/strong>&nbsp;After 5 minutes of inactivity (300 seconds), your session will end automatically to protect your data.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Tip<\/strong>: If you do not receive the email within a few minutes, please contact your internal IT department and ask them to check the mail server settings and, if necessary, relax the greylisting for emails from support@exactonline.nl and noreply@exact.com.
