This is often caused by so-called greylisting, a security measure implemented on your email server.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Tip:<\/strong> If you do not receive the email within a few minutes, please contact your internal IT department and ask them to check the mail server settings and, if necessary, allow emails from&nbsp;<a href=\"mailto:support@exactonline.nl\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">support@exactonline.nl<\/a> and <a href=\"mailto:noreply@exact.com\">noreply@exact.com<\/a> .&nbsp;<br>If Exact is not being affected by greylisting on your side, please contact support@itscope.com for further assistance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Why am I being logged out automatically?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>An automatic logout can occur for several reasons:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Standby mode or network disconnection:<\/strong>&nbsp;If your computer goes into standby mode or your internet connection is lost, your session may expire.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Inactive browser tabs:<\/strong>&nbsp;If a tab remains unused for an extended period, the session may be terminated for security reasons.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Session timeout:<\/strong>\u00a0After 5 minutes of inactivity (300 seconds), your session will end automatically to protect your data.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Why doesn&#8217;t &#8220;Remember 2FA for 7 days&#8221; always work?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>In the following cases, this setting is ignored, and you will be prompted to enter your second factor again:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>You are using a different <strong>device <\/strong>or <strong>operating system<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Your <strong>IP address<\/strong> has changed (e.g., due to a different network location or internet provider &#8211; this will most likely happen when you switch between company site and home office \/ remote workspace)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You are using a <strong>different browser <\/strong>or an <strong>incognito window<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Your login has been classified as security-critical, e.g., due to unusual behavior<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Tip:<\/strong>&nbsp;If you experience issues, using a VPN with a static IP address may help improve recognition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How many times can I enter the code incorrectly?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>You have up to 7 attempts.
