All employees who have the right to sell receive a notification when a new order is received.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>When you process an order in the sales board, the customer receives information that their order has been processed and can<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:100px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The sales board<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The sales board is divided into 3 columns to visualize the status of the order for you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Orders received<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Confirmed orders<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Completed orders<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The customer can also see the progress of the order status of an order that you display on the sales board on their purchasing board. Here you have the same options as in the Incoming orders area, but instead of confirming the order you have the option <strong>Complete<\/strong>. This does not change the status of the order. The order will simply be hidden from your sales board. The customer will still see the order in the status that led to the order being completed.<br>There is a separate help page for the archive.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:100px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Persons involved in the orders<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A processor can be assigned to each order, each card, which is also displayed to the \u201cOrderer\u201d. The employee who accepts the order is automatically entered as the processor &#8211; however, any employee with the \u201cSell\u201d <a href=\"https:\/\/guide.itscope.com\/en\/kb\/employee-user-rights\/\">right <\/a>can be assigned.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Just like the editor, the \u201cCustomer\u201d is also displayed in the title of the card, to the right of their company name. A tooltip provides you with a link to their profile where you can view their contact information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u201cOpenTrans&#8221; document<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You can download the orders on ITscope in \u201c<strong>openTRANS<\/strong>\u201d format to process them further in your ERP system, for example. You will find the download in the action menu of the respective card on the board or in the notification email that is sent when orders are received<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"mkb-shortcode-container\">        <div class=\"mkb-tip\">\n            <div class=\"mkb-tip__icon\">\n                <i class=\"fa fa-lightbulb-o fa-lg\"><\/i>\n            <\/div>\n            <div class=\"mkb-tip__content\">\n                With an EDI order interface, you save yourself the duplicate processing of the order on ITscope and in your ERP system; the status of the orders is automatically changed based on the EDI documents.
