Any number of portals can be created and these can be managed independently of each other.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Customer portal<\/td><td>The <em>customer portal<\/em>&nbsp;refers to the portal from the customer&#8217;s perspective, i.e. the portal where the customer&#8217;s employees are able to purchase products.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Customers<\/td><td>Customers can be edited and managed in the &#8216;<em>customers<\/em>&#8216; section. This includes the ability to invite new customers and to assign customer groups.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Customer groups<\/td><td>With <em>customer groups<\/em>, you can assign a price calculation, order condition, product range and category (category tree) to customers managed by you.&nbsp;The customer group is a level above customers. Without a customer group, no customers can be invited.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Prices<\/td><td><em>Prices<\/em> can be set as procurement prices, retail prices or fixed prices, or they can be defined via a product list.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Products<\/td><td><em>Products<\/em> are assigned to individual categories\/assortments. Products can be integrated into your portal using the ITscope catalogue or via product files.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Assortment<\/td><td>The <em>assortment<\/em> refers to the product range in a portal that can be accessed by a customer group. It can consist of any number of product selections.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>B2B orders<\/td><td>Order conditions for customer portal orders can be defined in the <em>B2B orders<\/em> section. These are the order conditions for the end customer.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>eServices<\/td><td><em>eServices<\/em> generally refer to fully digital processes. Regarding the B2B Suite, this term relates to your digital order and\/or procurement processes.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Price calculation<\/td><td>The <em>price calculation<\/em> allows you to determine and set margins. It consists of one or more price rules and can be assigned to one or more customer groups.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Price rule<\/td><td>A <em>price rule<\/em> specifies the pricing of a certain group of products. Price rules can be applied at manufacturer, supplier and product level as well as a combination of these levels.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Category tree<\/td><td>The <em>category tree<\/em> represents the structure of categories in your customer portal. Products offered in your portal are structured into categories and subcategories.&nbsp;<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Category<\/td><td><em>Categories<\/em> describe a part of your assortment where a certain type of product is assigned to.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Product selection<\/td><td>A <em>product selection<\/em> can be available either locally or globally. The selection can be defined with a product filter, a product list or a product file.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Activities<\/td><td><em>Activities<\/em> visualise your customer&#8217;s recent working steps in the portal.
