Since the beginning of 2025, suppliers on ITscope have been classified into Gold, Silver, Bronze and Standard categories.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

This classification creates transparency regarding supplier activities and helps buyers assess potential partners more easily.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Certification criteria 2025<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

To achieve a specific certification level, all associated criteria must be met:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • Connectivity:<\/strong> Which e-services does the supplier provide?\n
      \n
    • Standard pricing<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Individual pricing<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Real-time connection to the supplier system<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • EDI integration<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Number of partnerships on ITscope:<\/strong>\n
        \n
      • How many customers have entered into a partnership with the supplier and stored a customer number?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Coverage of order documents:<\/strong>\n
          \n
        • Percentage of order responses<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • For Gold<\/strong>, both order confirmations and invoices are relevant<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • For Silver, Bronze and Standard<\/strong>, only order confirmations count<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Number of orders:<\/strong>\n
            \n
          • All orders placed in the observation year 2024, regardless of whether they were placed directly via the ITscope platform or through connected third-party systems.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Order volume:<\/strong>\n
              \n
            • Total value of all orders in the observation year 2024, regardless of whether they were processed via ITscope or a connected third-party system.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
