Convena Distribution A/S

Individual price list

For the supplier Convena Distribution A/S, the following three price display options are available:

1. Display standard prices
2. Price list import (Convena HTTPS)
3. Price list import (Convena FTP)

Standard prices are always displayed by default.

As soon as you have added the supplier to your network, it is necessary to request access to individual price lists.

Information required to configure the Convena price list as an HTTPS price list import:

• Price list link (link to the individual price list provided by the distributor)

Information required to configure the Convena price list as an FTP price list import:

• Username (username for retrieving the individual price list from the distributor)
• Password (password for retrieving the individual price list from the distributor)

The required access details must be requested in writing from the distributor in both cases.

To do this, please contact your sales team contact person. If you are a new customer, get in touch with Mr Benczak under erb@convena.com, or send an email to info.de@convena.com if you have any general questions.

Once you have received your access details, the following steps are needed:

1. Add the supplier to your network
   
2. In the ‘My account‘ –> ‘Price list‘ tab, enter your supplier price list access data (username, password or price list link), in order to be able to see your individual prices in ITscope
   
3. After activating these settings, your individual price list will automatically be retrieved. Within a few seconds, you will be able to see the status of the retrieval.

Realtime

The following steps are necessary to configure Convena Distribution realtime prices:

1. Username
   (username for retrieving your realtime prices from the distributor)
2. Password
   (password for retrieving your realtime prices from the distributor)
3. Activate settings
   (this results in your individual realtime prices being retrieved automatically. Within a few seconds, you will be able to see the current retrieval status).
